Villa Elite is situated in the olive grove, 800 metres from the town centre and shops and 300 metres from the beautiful Limone sul Garda beach, which, among other things, offers a beach-volley court. We overlook the road leading to Tremosine, famous for mountain-biking, while just over 100 metres away from Villa Elite there is a well equipped bike and scooter hire centre, a number of tennis courts and the municipal training track. 10 minutes to the south, you will find Garda’s most famous windsurfing and kitesurfing spots (the Pra beach, for freestyle and the Campione del Garda beach, the only area with special regulations for kiters and an excellent school). If you drive north of Villa Elite for 5 minutes, though, you will find all the other beaches renowned for the southern winds - something to suit all tastes.
All around Villa Elite there are countless trekking routes and in the hotel you can find a mountain of tips and advice. We keep all kinds of maps of the routes, whether you plan to go by foot or mountain bike (the famous Moser guide, for example). There is a heated area where you can leave your wet things to dry out and also a storage room with an alarm for your technical equipment.
