Elite, every time we feel inspired
The aperitif,
an Italian tradition which went down especially well at Villa Elite
last season, has been transformed into a pleasant series of unscheduled
dinners held on a more or less weekly basis and linked to either a
seasonal ingredient or a specific theme, with our wines and the olive
oil of Limone sul Garda (a sublime olive oil which can always be found
on our buffet tables) a de rigueur accompaniment to the meals. We
are pleased to be able to offer you the event once again, either in
our dining room or outside in the romantic candle-lit courtyard.
Or something
completely new: the “cucina brutale”,
an ultra-simple style of cooking, designed to exalt the extreme quality
of one ingredient.
