Prices are sometimes indicated as from a minimum of (min) to a maximum of (max): this depends on the different level of features for the same type of apartment. The final price will be confirmed during booking procedures according to the apartment available, but cannot exceed the maximum (max) official price indicated herein. |

An advance payment of 20% of the total price is required to book. On arrival a deposit of € 150,00 is required which will be returned on departure after the condition of the accommodation and facilities used have been checked. On arrival the balance payment is required. |

Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Residence Virgilio shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 0% of the total amount of the vacation for cancellations made 60 to 20 days before the foreseen arrival date; 85% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties. |
